Picking the right node is key—go for the one with lower latency. You can always ask their support for a quick ping test. Having nodes in Asia is a plus; they tend to deliver stable connections whether you're accessing from inside or outside China, which is a major headache-saver for any cross-border projects.

Heads Up:

Customer Service: Can be hit or miss—sometimes they reply fast, sometimes... not so much. Try messaging at different times if you don't get an answer.

The Good Stuff: Prices are pretty competitive, great for individuals or small projects on a budget. Since they've been around in Asia for a while, I felt okay trying them out even though their China-facing service is newer.

Where They Could Do Better:

No option to upgrade/downgrade your plan from the dashboard yet. Choose wisely from the start. (Support says it's in the works.)

The admin panel gets the job done but isn't winning any beauty contests. (Hey Kooya, maybe a UI refresh?)

The web-based SSH terminal is… pretty basic (and occasionally glitchy). You're better off using a local tool like Xshell or Finalshell.
